What is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is an AMA and FDA approved medical treatment where a patient inhales 100% oxygen under pressure to speed the body’s natural ability to heal. It has been used for more than three decades as an adjunct medical treatment for a variety of medical conditions.

CONDITIONS

We treat a wide range of conditions, including chronic wounds, radiation injuries, decompression sickness, and more.

RESULTS

HBOT can speed healing, promote tissue detoxification, and increase available energy.

Treats Many Conditions

When hyperbaric treatment is used in conjunction with standard wound care, improved results have been demonstrated in the healing of difficult or limb threatening wounds as compared to routine wound care alone.

Chronic radiation damage is called “osteoradionecrosis” when the bone is damaged and “soft tissue radionecrosis” if it is muscle, skin or internal organs which have been damaged by the radiation.

Hyperbaric oxygen has had some of its most dramatic successes in treating or preventing damage to the jaw bone as a result of radiation treatments.

The success of hyperbaric oxygen treatment for DCS or AGE has borne the test of time, and continues to be the standard of care for the treatment of these disorders.
